The project consists of the specified site-adaptation, site and infrastructure design and construction for/of a new campus facility for the Afghanistan National Army (ANA), Regional Military Training Center (RMTC) in the Balkh Province, Afghanistan. The RMTC is an ANA Military Training Establishment which will house approximately 3,000 personnel consisting of trainees and staff. Site is located adjacent to the existing ANA Garrison, Camp Shaheen. The project is defined as the design, material, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, parking, utilities and other infrastructure for a design population of 3,000 people consisting of construction of HQ and Command Building, Administration Buildings, Instructors Office and Training Building, Medical Clinic, Dining Facility (DFAC), DFAC Dry Storage, Barracks for Officers & Support Staff, Classrooms, Laundry, Latrine Buildings, Weapons and Arms Storage, Warehouses and General Storage Buildings, Vehicle Maintenance Facility and Workshops, Fuel Storage Tanks and POL Buildings, Vehicle Refuel Points, Fuel Operators Building, Parade Ground Viewing Stand and Parade Ground, Fencing and Gates, Central Trash Collection Point, Electrical Generation and Distribution System consisting of Medium Voltage Underground Electrical Site Distribution System, Backup Power Generation, Water Distribution and Storage System including Design and Construction of a Two water storage tanks with a total storage capacity of 1,090,000 cu.m. Water, Construction of a 3000 meter long Water Distribution Main to supply Water to Different Camps and Facilities inside Shaheen Garrison, Sanitary Sewer Collection System, Storm Water Collection And Management, Road Network, Foot Paths and Parking Areas, Site Communication Infrastructure, Motor Pool Area, .

The work within this contract were constructed in accordance with current U.S. design and International Building Codes (IBC), Life Safety Codes (NFPA-101), Force Protection and security standards.
