The project consists of the specified site adaptation, design for select facilities, site and infrastructure, and construction of a new campus for the Engineer Branch School located at Camp Shaheen and Camp Spann of Afghan National Army in Mazar-e-Sharif (Balkh Province) in Afghanistan. EBS is an ANA Military Establishment which will house approximately 1000 ANA personnel consisting of 800 Students and 200 Faculty members. Site is located adjacent to the existing ANA Garrison, Camp Shaheen. The project is defined as the design, material, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, parking, utilities and other infrastructure for the Engineering School facilities including Engineering School HQ, Education/Instructors Offices, Classrooms, Auditorium/Library, Medical Clinic, Trainee/Enlisted Barracks, BOQ Barracks, Command and Senior Faculty Barrack, MWR Fitness Center, PX & Finance Office, Dining Facility (DFAC), Small Arms and Ammunition Storage, Laundry and Storage Buildings, POL Buildings, Office & Administration Facility, Vehicle Maintenance Building, Wash Rack, Parade Ground Viewing Stand and Parade Ground, Fuel Storage and Vehicle Refuel Point, Fencing and Gates, Central Trash Collection Point, Electrical Generation and Distribution System consisting of Primary Power Generation, Underground Electrical Site Distribution System, Backup Power Generation, Water Distribution and Storage System including Design and Construction of a water storage tank for the standard daily demand of 155/Lit/Capita/Day for a storage capacity of 30 Days, Sanitary Sewer Collection System, Storm Water Collection And Management, Road Network, Foot Paths and Parking Areas, Site Communication Infrastructure.
